Yes, my blog is two years old! I cannot believe that I've been blogging for 2 years already. I remember right before I started my blog that I thought I would never have any clue as to how to set one up. A coworker showed me how simple it was and that was that! I have enjoyed it more than I ever thought I would and have gotten more visitors than I could ever have imagined. I know that my blog is very "little" compared to other blogs that are viewed by thousands every day, but that doesn't matter. I really like posting recipes I've tried and visiting other blogs to check out what other people are posting and cooking. It's really another world that has opened up, that 20 years ago most people could never have imagined. I get to hear from people through their comments that live on the other side of the world and vice versa! So thank you everyone for stopping by and visiting. I hope you enjoy my recipes and my little updates on my life and family!
Here is a great recipe that Donna recently posted. Donna has the recipe linked to the site where it is posted. I tried linking it but for whatever reason it will not link. So please visit Donna's site and you will find it there. This has become one of my new favorite chocolate cakes. Even my husband who is not big on the peanut butter/chocolate combo enjoyed it and my son just kept eating the peanut butter mousse! Just a heads up that this makes a lot of filling and it was a bit thin at first so I chilled it in the refrigerator for about an hour and that worked perfectly and thickened it up. It tastes great straight from the fridge! Enjoy!

Great looking cake. And I'd be face down into that mousse before it ever hit the cake.
And the cake... WOW.. I'd like to dive right into it. I'm drooling over here.......mmmmmmmm!!!
Love your mousse cake ;D
I'm so glad you figured out this blog thing as I've made and fallen in love with many of your recipes! Thanks for sharing them.

Your cake looks great and it sliced perfectly. I'm not generally a fan of the PB/chocolate combo but the thought of PB mousse just sounds so good!
Blessings!
